Never know what to wear on a Valentine’s date? If you want to look elegant but not overdressed, take some advice from me. I’ve included 3 simple and chic outfits in this post that will inspire your next look. Whether you want a timeless look or something eclectic and edgy with bold colors, scroll through these options and let me know which one you would wear!
Look #1: Classic Romantic
My affinity for white blouses is pretty obvious if you’ve been following me for a while. They are effortless to wear, yet exude classic and chic vibes without really trying. I paired this look with flat Chelsea boots to keep it casual. Finally, my navy blue Zara skirt is perfect for almost any occasion, so shop similar styles above! Style tip: If you want to be a little daring, play with the colors! Maybe add some fun pink or red pieces or a bright accessory.
Look #2: Red Roses
This is my go-to “professional but fun” dress that has been with me since the beginning of high school. So it practically feels ancient, but I never get rid of it because it’s so flattering. It also happens to be perfect for Valentine’s Day. I think any red dress for a Valentine’s date is a yes, but if you’re worried about looking overdressed, tone it down with a casual jacket or muted accessories.
Look #3: Bedazzle Your Valentine’s Date
This is the first collared dress I’ve ever owned and I’m loving it; This should be a staple piece for any chic girl’s closet. Belted or not, wear this out on your next date with some stunning earrings. Mine are vintage with cameos on them. Style tip: wear short dresses like this one with knee-high boots. Not only does this keep your legs a bit warmer in winter, but they also look so stylish!
