My New York Fashion Week F/W 2018 Outfits

My first New York Fashion Week was a dream and I pieced together some chic outfits with a twist for the 4 days I was there. If you’ve been seeing the highlights on Instagram, you’ve seen a sneak peek into what I wore. In this post, you can check out my NYFW style and shop each outfit!

I felt like Blair Waldorf on my first day in New York, except for the fact that I was running on 3 hours of sleep. I paired some monochromatic garments with blush pink and gold (the chicest colors, I think). Style tip: step up your accessory game and rent a bag or shoes from DesignerShare.com. This Givenchy bag was rented from them and fit everything I needed for shows, including my camera, phone, lipstick, extra accessories, and phone charger.

I felt like a boss on this day of New York Fashion Week. If you’ve seen my Valentine’s Day outfit, then you know I’m obsessed with these pink velvet Theory pants that I snagged for $25 at the Neiman Marcus Last Call closing sale. I’ve never rocked a pant and blazer combination, but I love this look. I plan to wear it over and over again because of the colors and patterns; it’s a lot more fun than the traditional suit. Style tip: You can keep your outfit as simple as you want, but add a fun nail color that pops: I’m loving this Essie shade.

A classically chic Gigi look. My new off-the-shoulder sweater was only $30 and it’s so easy to wear with any bottom. I opted for my navy blue skirt with Erdem x H&M floral tights this time around because it’s such a Fashion Week worthy look! Style tip: Always bring sunglasses to Fashion Week! It makes you look 10x cooler.

My NYFW couldn’t happen without some tweed pieces. This tweed hat was only $12 and I have never loved a hat more! Just goes to show you don’t need to spend a ton of money to look fashionable. The shoes and bag obviously make appearances in almost all of these outfits because they were both practical and cute. Plus, there was only so much room in my suitcase! Style tip: Pairing white garments next to each other can work if you add some colorful pieces elsewhere. Play around with different combinations and see what you can come up with!
